Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Medical Office Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the medical facility administration duties . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical terminology, front desk, billing, scheduling Experience eClinicalWorks and Cardiology is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the day to day front office functions
- Supervise office staff and ensure efficient workflow
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
- Work with Billing, Referrals, Scheduling.
- Coordinate patient scheduling and ensure excellent customer service
- Maintain electronic health records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a medical office setting
- Knowledge of medical terminology and practice management
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience supervising staff in a healthcare environment
- Proficiency in eClinicalWorks software is an advantage
